Jeanne Whyte is the founder and president of Assistech, Inc. since 1989. She was an early leader in helping companies to understand the value of using outsourced proposal resources in the Washington, D. C. marketplace. Jeanne was one of the two founders of the National Capital Area Chapter of the Association of Proposal Management Professionals and served as its second president. She grew the chapter to unprecedented levels and it became the largest chapter in the nation under her leadership. Jeanne also worked with the Office of Personnel Management in the mid 1990s as an industry liaison to develop standards for including past performance requirements in Requests for Proposals (RFPs) issued by the Federal Government.
Jeanne’s career includes 18 years of marketing and sales in both the federal and commercial marketplaces. She often serves as an industry speaker on proposal development topics. Jeanne holds an M.B.A. from Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia
Kirby has served as Vice President of Strategic Operations at Assistech for the last 10 years where he has designed and developed proposals for Assistech customers for all the major proposal technologies including Systems Integration, Enterprise IT Services, Operations and Maintenance, Facilities Management, Aircraft Maintenance, Science Applications, and IT Systems Engineering. Kirby has also designed, implemented and staffed proposal facilities, and has designed, implemented, and managed capture and proposal processes that are ISO compliant for major corporations.
As VP for Financial Services for the last 8 years, Maureen Thomas designed and currently maintains all financial processes used at Assistech, Inc. Prior to Assistech, she was the Controller at Federal Sources, Inc. in McLean for 10 years.
Maureen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Robert Morris University, (Pittsburgh, PA) with over 18 years of financial/accounting experience.
